Logan Square

Logan Square is one of those Chicago neighborhoods that knows exactly what it is, even if it keeps reinventing itself every few years.

The neighborhood is especially appealing to buyers who want walkability without giving up residential streets, mature trees, and actual breathing room. The Blue Line offers direct access to downtown and O’Hare, while protected bike lanes, The 606, and the neighborhood’s broad boulevards make Logan Square one of Chicago’s more bike-friendly places to live.

Logan Square is lively without feeling polished within an inch of its life. It has personality, some grit, very good food, and just enough unpredictability to keep things interesting. In other words, it is not trying to be for everyone, which may be exactly why so many people want to live here.
